An art education project in collaboration with the dance department of Ammattiopisto Live.

Both performances will have a sign language interpreter. The dialogue of the performance has been translated into English in the program. The audience discussion on Wednesday will be held in English.

My toe hits the door.
Hurry to the bus.
The seams of my clothes are rubbing.
I'm terribly hungry.

Nervous System – Now I'm losing my nerves! is an art education performance about losing your nerves. This contemporary dance piece takes a peek into the wonders of the human nervous system and examines what happens at the moment of anger. In addition to dancers from the dance department of Ammattiopisto Live, musician Henrika Nieminen also appears on stage. Accompanied by live looped music and electronic nerve impulses flashing across the stage, the dancers try to figure out how to calm their nervous systems.
