ASSITEJ Finland is a member of ASSITEJ International. ASSITEJ (l’Association Internationale du Théâtre pour l’Enfance et la Jeunesse) is an international organization of theater for children and young people with members in approximately 100 countries around the world. ASSITEJ International promotes the right of children and young people to a safe upbringing and culture.

The Nordic-Baltic ASSITEJ Network (NBAN) works closely together to maintain and create, through joint projects, an artistically high-quality, international field of performing arts for children and young people in Nordic and Baltic countries.
